Each piece of wood's imperfections, essentially creates it's perfection. As you customize your Warrior, remember that our purchasing policy is one that is non-refundable. All our Collections carry a 4 year limited warranty. Our art collections carry a limited 7 year warranty. Additionally, Warrior Care is a maintenance program for original owners and is nontransferable. Buy to build is our customizing approach to becoming a Warrior owner!
We are committed to giving you the highest quality service. When you receive your Warrior and there is any issue that we may have accidentally overlooked or was compromised while in shipping, we want to first apologize, and immediately pay the shipping to have it returned. We will immediately prioritize and return it to you promptly at our expense.
We offer a 3-day exchange, on pre-built Warriors, when purchasing from an authorized Gallery or Dealer. The family of Galleries understands when something unplanned happens. Contact your Gallery or Dealer for consignment sales information.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting WarriorInstruments.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Warrior Instruments, WarriorInstruments.com or its affiliates.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to WarriorInstruments.com or to products you purchase through WarriorInstruments.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Rossville, Georgia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate WarriorInstruments.com intellectual property rights, WarriorInstruments.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Georgia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise
